ADOS provides products and services from both in-house and our represented Principals.
From our Mussafah, Ruwais, and Jebel Ali manufacturing facilities we are able to support the drilling and production sector with a full range of threading, machining and tool manufacture. Our facilities can meet a wide range of customers’ requirements from sub-sea to surface.
Situated on 36,000 sqm of land, and with a covered area of 3000 sqm, the ADOS Machine Shop is one of the largest in the region. Lathes up to 16″ Manual and 13-3/8″ CNC hollow spindle, allow for a large range of turning capabilities such as casing and tubing. Horizontal and vertical borers, with a capacity of 12 tons and 6 tons respectively, can easily handle the majority of large components, including Heat Exchangers, Tube Sheets, Blow-Out Preventers and Valve Bodies.
Both ADOS and MEOS workshops operate on a continuous 24-hour basis as required with rigorous adherence to manufacturing, welding codes and inspection procedures. The facilities are accredited to ISO 9001, API Specs-5CT & 7.
